Our target
We aim for the AI Job Risk assessment to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we do
- Semantic HTML with landmarks, a logical heading structure, and a declared page language
- Full keyboard operability, including an ARIA-compliant combobox for the job search
- Visible labels or screen-reader labels on every form control
- Status and error messages announced via ARIA live regions
- No information conveyed by colour alone; risk categories are always labelled in text
- Self-hosted fonts with
font-display: swapand no motion that cannot be paused by reduced-motion settings
Known limitations
- Contrast ratios and screen-reader flows are re-checked as the interface evolves; some recently added elements may not yet have been re-audited
- The printable report layout may not preserve all accessibility semantics of the on-screen version
